Hey there!!! I’m Nicholas Barrón. I’m an NYC based Actor and Singer, and I’m currently a student at The New School in New York City, studying at the Mannes School of Music for a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, I began performing when I was 9 years old in my local community theaters. This quickly turned into a very deep love for musical theater and the arts as a whole, which truly saved my life. I became a helpless golden age and Sondheim nerd, and listening to countless classic cast albums ultimately led me to discover a new passion for classical music and opera. Following both of these passions, I found myself forging a successful career as a musical theater performer and a classical vocalist, one that I hope to pursue in my years to come in New York City and beyond!

In the Summer of 2022, my life forever changed when I was fortunate enough to compete in and win Best Lead Actor at the National High School Musical Theater Awards, or the Jimmy Awards, in New York City. After being nationally recognized as one of two winners out of 140,000 total applicants across the country, I am now signed with Thruline Entertainment a working actor in NYC.
